  • It is my endeavour to give you comprehensive anatomical cues to help you with your everyday posture. Cueing to use your breath + dynamic movement = a renewal of the body and mind! The overall intention is to help you live more fully- with core stability, the correct muscles strengthened & lengthened.

  • I like to call it an investment of time and money in your worth. What you’re investing in is a healthy spine, balanced musculature and eventually movement with less pain & restriction. Its history is interesting- it was designed in the early 1900s by a German man. He created various strength exercises, then in WW1, he rehabilitated soldiers post injury. He trained them to regain their strength using his floor exercises and equipment made with hospital bedsprings! Now, it’s revered as the exercise for women and dancers- but that is a misconception, as it has evolved but stayed true to its roots- for strength and rehabilitation- plus it just feels good!! It’s for everyBODY!

  • Working with me privately means we can address movement patterns & imbalances that likely contribute to pain or discomfort. I use muscle testing to determine the imbalances and massage techniques to relieve and realign. From here, we can better create programming to facilitate change in your body. The studio is equipped with two V2 Max Reformers with vertical towers, boasting an endless number of exercise combinations. You can get the most personalized, comprehensive training with one-on-one instruction. Or if you and a friend want to coordinate, Duo training on the Reformers is also available.

  • It’s a chance to train long, lean, and strong muscles standing and seated, set to fun music! No previous dance experience necessary!!

  • Wear comfortable exercise clothing. Please wear socks. The studio stays quite cool, you may want to pack a light sweater until you get warmed up!

  • Bring a water bottle, but no food please.

  • Currently, we accept cash, cheque and etransfer. An invoice can be sent out to be paid by credit card or etransfer.
