The Why…

I help people strengthen, stabilize and align their bodies while they renew their minds. Helping you become calmer, happier, and balanced in a beautiful, soulful, enjoyable space.

I’ll likely introduce myself as Suzy, some know me as Suzanne. In my youth, I was always dreaming of the mountains, later knowing owning a Pilates studio was in my future. How they’ve come together have been a work of faith, love, and hard work. With a passion for teaching, Pilates was a natural step in my life as a massage therapist. Striving to help people resolve or prevent chronic pain, assist in healing trauma and mend long term injuries have been my deeper rooted purpose. With my own ACL tear from skiing 15 years ago, I developed an even greater respect for Pilates, bodily resiliency and have kept the fire alive with my love for mountain biking, skiing, hiking and running. In the past, I immersed myself in running and triathlon, my background here proved valuable in coaching supportive strength & functional flexibility to enhance athletic endeavours- Pilates works for that! Not only that, it’s valuable to ANY BODY, regardless of gender or other physical pursuits!

Stronger. Healthier. Happier. Calmer.

The What…

Learning Pilates is similar to learning a whole new language. And of course, you don’t leave your first class of French 101 able to order a sandwich, you can’t expect yourself to grasp the new concepts and translate them to the body. New to Pilates? It is highly recommended to do an introductory Custom Assessment private session.

If you’re new or returning to Pilates wanting to get the most of your investment, scheduling a 5, 10 or 20 pack of one-on-one privates will ensure you get a thorough and dynamic foundation from your sessions.
